Back on the rack
Sometimes a tool goes back on the rack. Honest answers about how that works:
Where do returns actually happen?
On the partner storefront, always — under the return policy shown on the product page the day you bought. Start from its order history; we can point but can't carry.
What travels back easiest?
Unassembled sets in the original box. Refund timing and drop-off options belong to the retailer, and it runs them briskly.
It's been in the yard already. Now what?
A used scooper is a veteran, and we'd rather fix than refund a lemon: if one of ours failed unreasonably fast — a bent tooth, a wobbly pin — write through the storefront's support and we'll make it right.
The return is stuck. Who do I call?
Write [email protected] and we'll point you at the right counter. We can't process anything ourselves, but our pointing is excellent.
